Blue Salt Service
The servicing of fine jewellery requires special expertise and an appreciation of the care required when handling different metals and gemstones. For this reason, we recommend sending all servicing of your Blue Salt jewellery into our workshop for professional and careful upkeep and repair.

Before sending us your jewellery to be serviced, you may wish to read through the product care and warranty section on this site.
We would also like to encourage you to make the most of our complimentary annual cleaning and check-up service provided to all of our valued Blue Salt Jeweller’s patrons. Please note that although this service is free, you will be required to cover shipping costs to and from our workshop. Please understand that this service only applies to jewellery purchased from Blue Salt.

To submit a piece for service, please follow these instructions:

Complete the Service Assessment Form below with the required details (including all fields marked with an *) and click submit.

Upon submission, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received it, then your Service Assessment Form may not have been received. Please resubmit your request, ensuring you have completed all * fields.

Within 2 business days of form submission, we will contact you to confirm the details of your service, provide you with a mailing address or set up an appointment for you to come into our workshop if you are local.

If you are mailing your jewellery to us for service, securely package your jewellery in a mailing box or bubble envelope to ensure the item is protected in transit. Include a copy of your confirmation email or note detailing your name and return address and any special comments, so your package can be easily identified. Use an insured and registered shipping method.

Once the jewellery item has been received and assessed by your Blue Salt Jeweller, you will receive your service quote and further information via email. Please note, you will be emailed approximately 2 business days after the item has been received by Blue Salt Jewellers.

Note: If your Blue Salt Jewellery item was received as a gift, please provide as much information as possible and upload a photo of your item in place of the proof of purchase (if proof of purchase is unavailable), and then proceed as per the above instructions.
