Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Complimentary shipping is provided on all Australian orders, sent via tracked delivery with signature required upon receipt. Once your piece has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Where a piece requires adjustment before it leaves us, please allow a little additional time. Delivery generally arrives within 6 business days of dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of order — we're unable to take responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses.

International Shipping

We welcome international enquiries and are happy to assist with shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly at contact@bluesaltjewellers.com and we'll confirm the shipping fee and arrangements for your location.

International orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days, with delivery typically taking 10–25 business days depending on destination.

Australian taxes do notapply to orders shipped internationally directly from Blue Salt Jewellers. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for guidance before placing your order.

As with domestic orders, delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues arising from inaccurate address information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece that leaves Blue Salt Jewellers has been crafted or inspected to our exacting standards. As with most fine jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchanges on purchased pieces.

Should you receive a piece that is incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to make it right.
